This system enables low-speed balancing, repair, and precision machining of rotors weighing up to 100 tons without rotor removal. Specially designed V-blocks support accurate in-situ machining, while the controlled tool post allows high-precision machining and grinding of critical rotor components, including journals, sealing fins, and related surfaces.

Based on extensive experience across a wide range of steam turbine retrofit projects, DPSAr delivers fast and cost-effective on-site services - from detailed inspection to precision site machining.
