(DPSAr) was established in 2013 in KSA as a joint venture formed through a strategic partnership between Doosan Enerbility’ s Power Service Business Group (formerly DHIC) and Power Equipment & Materials Co.(PEMCO) a leading Saudi energy and power services company, to deliver power plant maintenance and related service businesses across Saudi Arabia.
